Built on purpose
A lifelong belief in the power of sport.
Adlis Advisory was formed from a passion for sport, community and creating more opportunities for people to participate.
Led by Greg Howe, a senior sport and recreation executive with more than two decades of experience, Adlis brings together deep sector knowledge and practical commercial thinking. Greg has led large, multidisciplinary teams and complex multi-site operations across indoor recreation, aquatics, gymnastics, gyms and fitness, participation programs, advocacy and major projects.
His experience includes strategy, business reviews, feasibility studies, policy and procedure development, facility planning, operational improvement, technology rollouts and project delivery. His approach connects strategic ambition with the practical realities of people, finance, safety, assets and community expectations.
More than 20 years working across the sector has also built significant industry experience and strong networks spanning sporting organisations, government, councils, community partners and recreation operators. These relationships bring valuable context, insight and connections to each engagement.
Greg is also a proud father of two girls who inspire him every day, a coach, lifelong sport participant and fan, and a passionate advocate for the power of sport to bring people together and strengthen communities.
